Cancellation & Refund Policy for School Alternative
Refund Policy for Overseas Education Services:
The following refund policies apply to the services chosen by the student. Please note that the service fee for School Alternative is 100% non-refundable under the following circumstances:
- Failure to meet requirements:
- Failure to pass medical examinations required for the application.
- Failure to provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate (not older than 3 months).
- Inability to demonstrate sufficient funds for settlement as required by the immigration authorities.
- Late submission of additional documents requested by the consulate or embassy.
- Failure to attend a visa interview if requested by the consulate or embassy.
- Failure to achieve the required score in language proficiency tests (e.g., IELTS, PTE, or equivalent).
- Failure to submit required documents within 30 days of registration.
- Submission of fraudulent or falsified documents.
- Prior violation of immigration or visa laws by the applicant or any family members included in the application.
- Withdrawal by the student:
- The service fee is non-transferable to another person or service once the registration process has begun.
The service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances if the student chooses to withdraw from the process.
Additional Fees:
The following additional fees may apply during the immigration or visa process, and these are non-refundable:
- University/College application fees.
- Tuition fees or security deposits are required by the educational institution or immigration authorities.
- Courier charges.
- Document attestation or notarization fees.
- Visa application fees.
- Language test fees (e.g., IELTS, PTE).
- Police clearance certificate fees.
- Medical examination fees.
- Landing fees or other immigration-related costs.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Client Responsibilities:
- The client must provide all required documents within 30 days of registration. Failure to do so will result in no refund of the service fee.
- The client must attend all interviews and follow instructions from the visa authorities at their own expense.
- The client must inform School Alternative of any changes in personal details (e.g., address, marital status, employment) during the application process.
- Language Proficiency Requirements:
- The client and any dependents must achieve the required scores in language tests (e.g., IELTS, French) as specified by the visa authorities. Failure to meet these requirements will result in no refund of the service fee.
- Abandonment of Application:
- If the client abandons the application or switches to another service or country, no refund or fee transfer will be allowed.
- Confidentiality:
- School Alternative will maintain the confidentiality of the client’s personal information and use it only for the purposes of providing the agreed services.
- Legal Jurisdiction:
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh. The jurisdiction for legal proceedings will be the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- No Guarantees:
- School Alternative does not guarantee visa approval, job placement, or permanent residency. The final decision rests with the relevant immigration authorities.
Important Notes:
- School Alternative is a private consultancy and is not affiliated with any government or embassy. We provide advisory services only and do not have the authority to grant visas.
- All fees are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
- By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
বাতিলকরণ ও ফেরত নীতি স্কুল অল্টারনেটিভের জন্য
বিদেশে শিক্ষা সংক্রান্ত সেবার ফেরত নীতি:
ছাত্র/ছাত্রী কর্তৃক নির্বাচিত সেবার জন্য নিম্নলিখিত ফেরত নীতিগুলো প্রযোজ্য। দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন, নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিতে স্কুল অল্টারনেটিভের সেবা ফি ১০০% ফেরতযোগ্য নয়:
১. প্রয়োজনীয় শর্ত পূরণে ব্যর্থতা:
- আবেদনের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় মেডিকেল পরীক্ষায় ব্যর্থতা।
- ৩ মাসের পুরনো নয় এমন একটি বৈধ পুলিশ ক্লিয়ারেন্স সার্টিফিকেট জমা দিতে ব্যর্থতা।
- ইমিগ্রেশন কর্তৃপক্ষের প্রয়োজনীয় সেটেলমেন্ট ফান্ড প্রদর্শনে ব্যর্থতা।
- কনস্যুলেট বা এম্বেসি কর্তৃক অনুরোধকৃত অতিরিক্ত ডকুমেন্ট সময়মতো জমা দিতে ব্যর্থতা।
- ভিসা ইন্টারভিউতে অংশগ্রহণে ব্যর্থতা (যদি কনস্যুলেট বা এম্বেসি কর্তৃক অনুরোধ করা হয়)।
- ভাষা দক্ষতা পরীক্ষায় (যেমন: IELTS, PTE বা সমতুল্য) প্রয়োজনীয় স্কোর অর্জনে ব্যর্থতা।
- নিবন্ধনের ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট জমা দিতে ব্যর্থতা।
- জাল বা ভুয়া ডকুমেন্ট জমা দেওয়া।
- আবেদনকারী বা আবেদনে অন্তর্ভুক্ত পরিবারের কোনো সদস্যের ইমিগ্রেশন বা ভিসা আইন ভঙ্গের ইতিহাস থাকলে।
২. ছাত্র/ছাত্রী কর্তৃক প্রক্রিয়া প্রত্যাহার:
- নিবন্ধন প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হওয়ার পর সেবা ফি অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তি বা সেবাতে স্থানান্তরযোগ্য নয়।
- যদি ছাত্র/ছাত্রী প্রক্রিয়া থেকে সরে আসে, তাহলে সকল ক্ষেত্রে সেবা ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
অতিরিক্ত ফি:
ইমিগ্রেশন বা ভিসা প্রক্রিয়ার সময় নিম্নলিখিত অতিরিক্ত ফি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে, এবং এগুলি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়:
- বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়/কলেজের আবেদন ফি।
- শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান বা ইমিগ্রেশন কর্তৃপক্ষের প্রয়োজনীয় টিউশন ফি বা সিকিউরিটি ডিপোজিট।
- কুরিয়ার চার্জ।
- ডকুমেন্ট অ্যাটেস্টেশন বা নোটারাইজেশন ফি।
- ভিসা আবেদন ফি।
- ভাষা পরীক্ষার ফি (যেমন: IELTS, PTE)।
- পুলিশ ক্লিয়ারেন্স সার্টিফিকেট ফি।
- মেডিকেল পরীক্ষার ফি।
- ল্যান্ডিং ফি বা অন্যান্য ইমিগ্রেশন-সংক্রান্ত খরচ।
সাধারণ শর্তাবলী:
১. ক্লিয়েন্টের দায়িত্ব:
- নিবন্ধনের ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে সকল প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট জমা দিতে হবে। তা না করলে সেবা ফি ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
- ভিসা কর্তৃপক্ষের সকল ইন্টারভিউতে অংশগ্রহণ এবং নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
- আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া চলাকালীন ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যে (যেমন: ঠিকানা, বৈবাহিক অবস্থা, চাকরি) কোনো পরিবর্তন হলে স্কুল অল্টারনেটিভকে অবহিত করতে হবে।
২. ভাষা দক্ষতার প্রয়োজনীয়তা:
- ক্লিয়েন্ট এবং তার নির্ভরশীলদের ভিসা কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশিত ভাষা পরীক্ষায় (যেমন: IELTS, French) প্রয়োজনীয় স্কোর অর্জন করতে হবে। তা না করলে সেবা ফি ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
৩. আবেদন পরিত্যাগ:
- যদি ক্লিয়েন্ট আবেদন পরিত্যাগ করেন বা অন্য কোনো সেবা বা দেশে সুইচ করেন, তাহলে কোনো ফেরত বা ফি স্থানান্তর করা হবে না।
৪. গোপনীয়তা:
- স্কুল অল্টারনেটিভ ক্লিয়েন্টের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করবে এবং শুধুমাত্র চুক্তি অনুযায়ী সেবা প্রদানের জন্য এটি ব্যবহার করবে।
৫. আইনি এখতিয়ার:
- এই চুক্তি বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে। এই চুক্তি থেকে উদ্ভূত কোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের সালিসি আইন অনুযায়ী সমাধান করা হবে। আইনি প্রক্রিয়ার এখতিয়ার হবে ঢাকার আদালত।
৬. কোনো গ্যারান্টি নেই:
- স্কুল অল্টারনেটিভ ভিসা অনুমোদন, চাকরির নিশ্চয়তা বা স্থায়ী বসবাসের গ্যারান্টি দেয় না। চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত সংশ্লিষ্ট ইমিগ্রেশন কর্তৃপক্ষের হাতে।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নোট:
- স্কুল অল্টারনেটিভ একটি প্রাইভেট কনসাল্টেন্সি এবং কোনো সরকার বা এম্বেসির সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট নয়। আমরা শুধুমাত্র পরামর্শমূলক সেবা প্রদান করি এবং ভিসা প্রদানের কোনো কর্তৃত্ব আমাদের নেই।
- সকল ফি বাংলাদেশী টাকায় (BDT) উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে, যদি না অন্য কোনোভাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়।
- এই চুক্তিতে স্বাক্ষর করার মাধ্যমে ক্লিয়েন্ট উপরের সকল শর্তাবলী মেনে নেন এবং সম্মতি জানান।
