১. ভূমিকা
১.১ School Alternative আমাদের ব্যবহারকারীদের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা ও নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। আমরা বাংলাদেশ ডাটা প্রোটেকশন আইন ২০২৩, তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি আইন ২০০৬ এবং বাংলাদেশের অন্যান্য প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ, ব্যবহার ও সংরক্ষণ করি। আন্তর্জাতিক শিক্ষার্থীদের তথ্য প্রক্রিয়াকরণের ক্ষেত্রে, প্রযোজ্য হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিদেশি আইন ও বিধিমালাও অনুসরণ করা হতে পারে।
১.২ এই নীতিমালা প্রযোজ্য হবে সেই সকল ক্ষেত্রে যেখানে আমরা ডাটা কন্ট্রোলার হিসেবে কাজ করি, অর্থাৎ ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য প্রক্রিয়াকরণের উদ্দেশ্য ও পদ্ধতি আমরা নির্ধারণ করি।

৪. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করে আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে:
আপনি যে তথ্য প্রদান করবেন তা সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ।
কোনো অবৈধ বা নিষিদ্ধ কাজে সেবা ব্যবহার করবেন না।
আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
৫. পেমেন্ট ও ফি
নির্ধারিত শর্ত অনুযায়ী কোর্স বা কনসালটেন্সি ফি পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
লিখিতভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকলে প্রদানকৃত ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
প্রযোজ্য ট্যাক্স বা ব্যাংক চার্জ শিক্ষার্থী/ক্লায়েন্ট বহন করবেন।
৬. কোর্স নীতিমালা
প্রশিক্ষকের অনুপস্থিতি বা অনিবার্য কারণে কোর্সের সময়সূচি পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনবোধে কোনো কোর্স বাতিল বা পুনঃনির্ধারণ করার অধিকার স্কুল অল্টারনেটিভ সংরক্ষণ করে।
কোর্স সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন করার পরেই (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়) সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করা হবে।
৭. কনসালটেন্সি সংক্রান্ত ঘোষণা
শিক্ষার্থীর প্রোফাইল অনুযায়ী আমরা গাইডলাইন ও সহায়তা প্রদান করি।
চূড়ান্ত ভর্তি সিদ্ধান্ত সংশ্লিষ্ট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের।
ভিসা অনুমোদন সম্পূর্ণভাবে সংশ্লিষ্ট দূতাবাস বা ইমিগ্রেশন কর্তৃপক্ষের ওপর নির্ভরশীল। আমরা ভিসা গ্যারান্টি দিই না।
৮. ইন্স্যুরেন্স সেবা
স্কুল অল্টারনেটিভ BUPA-এর মতো অফিসিয়াল পার্টনারের মাধ্যমে স্টুডেন্ট হেলথ ইন্স্যুরেন্সে সহায়তা করে।
চূড়ান্ত পলিসি শর্ত, কভারেজ ও অনুমোদন ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানির নিয়ম অনুযায়ী হবে।
৯. মেধাস্বত্ব
এই ওয়েবসাইটের সকল কনটেন্ট, যেমন লেখা, গ্রাফিক্স, লোগো ও কোর্স ম্যাটেরিয়াল স্কুল অল্টারনেটিভ-এর সম্পত্তি। লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো কপি বা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
১০. দায়-দায়িত্বের সীমাবদ্ধতা
নিম্নোক্ত বিষয়ে স্কুল অল্টারনেটিভ দায়ী থাকবে না:
ভর্তি বাতিল হওয়া
ভিসা প্রত্যাখ্যান
তৃতীয় পক্ষের কারণে বিলম্ব (বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, দূতাবাস, ইন্স্যুরেন্স ইত্যাদি)
কোনো পরোক্ষ বা অতিরিক্ত ক্ষতি
১১. গোপনীয়তা
আমরা শুধুমাত্র সেবা-সংক্রান্ত প্রয়োজনে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও ব্যবহার করি। আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করে আপনি এই তথ্য ব্যবহারে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন।
১২. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই শর্তাবলী সংশোধন করতে পারি। সংশোধিত শর্তাবলী ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের তারিখ থেকে প্রযোজ্য হবে। অনুগ্রহ করে নিয়মিত এই পৃষ্ঠাটি পরীক্ষা করুন যাতে আপনি অবগত থাকতে পারেন।
